Diaverum UK operates over 35 nurse-led kidney treatment centers in the UK. We offer a range of services including haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home therapies, and shared haemodialysis care. Our nurses collaborate closely with NHS teams nationwide to deliver high-quality treatments and holistic care to patients with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities. 🏥💉
We provide an excellent training platform to help nurses deliver top-notch care and advance their careers in the renal specialty. New nurses at Diaverum undergo a comprehensive induction period, receiving the necessary training to provide clinic care. They are supported by a senior team dedicated to prioritizing nurse development and wellbeing. 📚👩⚕️👨⚕️
With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our nurses have the time needed to care for patients holistically. We offer a variety of shifts, including early, late, and long days from Monday to Saturday (no Sundays), allowing for flexible working patterns. ⏰🗓️
